You see what the framing could cost before you commit, and nothing goes ahead until you accept a firm quote.
- 1Build your estimate onlineUpload a photo of each piece, choose the frame, mat and glass, and see a price range and framed preview in about two minutes. Add several pieces, or a whole show, to one estimate.
- 2Receive a firm quoteWithin one working day we send a firm written quote, with your 20% trade discount applied, and a completion date.
- 3Confirm the lookVisit our Brookfield workshop to see mouldings and matboards against the work, or accept the quote online.
- 4Pay a 50% depositThe deposit confirms the order and secures your materials and place in the schedule.
- 5Framing, with photo updatesEvery piece is framed by hand, with regular progress photos as the work comes together.
- 6Completion and balanceFinal photos and an invoice for the remaining 50%.

Who qualifies for a trade account?
Practising artists, commercial and artist-run galleries, professional photographers, interior designers, stylists and architects. Tell us your business name or ABN and the kind of work you frame.
How much is the trade discount?
Trade account holders receive 20% off our retail framing prices. The Instant Estimate shows retail prices; your firm quote shows the trade price with the 20% applied.
Can I use the Instant Estimate for a client or an exhibition?
Yes. Add each artwork or photograph to one estimate, name each piece, and send it through. It is the fastest way to price a show, an edition or a room-by-room design schedule.
Do I have to visit the workshop?
No. You can visit the Brookfield workshop to confirm mouldings and matboards in person, or accept your firm quote online.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit confirms the order, and the remaining 50% is due on completion, before collection or delivery.
Will I know how the framing is going?
Yes. We send regular progress updates with photos through the framing process, then final photos when it is finished.
How long does trade framing take?
Most jobs take around two weeks. For exhibitions, art prizes and project handovers we plan the schedule back from your date.

Our workshop is at 108 Savages Road, Brookfield. We work with trade clients across Brisbane’s western suburbs corridor, including Kenmore, Chapel Hill, Pullenvale, Fig Tree Pocket, Indooroopilly, Taringa, Toowong, St Lucia, Moggill, Bellbowrie, Anstead and Pinjarra Hills, and across greater Brisbane.
