We use your information to prepare quotes, carry out and deliver your framing or restoration, communicate with you about your order, respond to enquiries, process payments, and — where you have consented — send you our newsletter and studio updates. We may also use de-identified examples of completed work in our portfolio with your permission.

We may share limited information with trusted service providers who help us operate — for example, framing-material suppliers, our website host, map and form providers, and email-delivery services — and only so they can perform their function.
